Dan Wolf is owner of Homewrx Inspections, LLC. With extensive experience in building science, energy auditing, and construction, he has a keen eye for detail. Dan knows what goes into the building of a home from foundation to roof, and knows how to find potential concerns that might not be apparent to the untrained eye.  Additionally, Dan’s professionalism, enjoyable personality and excellent communication skills provide value and peace of mind throughout your real estate transaction experience.

Home Buyers and Realtors are encouraged to be present during the home inspection, as Dan will comment on positive observations as well as potential concerns along the way.  Of course, the inspection will be neatly provided to you in an organized digital report, but being present gives you a first-hand opportunity to familiarize yourself with your potential new home.  You will receive your inspection report the same day, and Dan is happy to answer any questions you may have after you’ve reviewed it!
